Softball and hardball diamond design at Wells Park, delivering high-quality playing surfaces for players and spectators alike. The project proved especially challenging because of unforeseen in-situ site conditions that emerged as work progressed and demanded a carefully engineered response.

Significant peat deposits beneath the site required detailed geotechnical solutions to stabilize the ground and manage settlement. These measures were essential to creating a sustainable, long-lasting playing surface — one that performs reliably season after season and protects the long-term value of the investment.
